Oh no, I let you down!
I hate to see you wearing a frown!
I did not write a poem to remember your wedding day,
It’s amazing what my mind thinks of whilst mowing my lawn on a sunny day.

It’s what I always wanted for my brother,
A wife he can cherish, a lover like no other.
Someone to bring him peace of mind,
Someone like you Caz, you’re one of a kind.

So on this special day, your first of many anniversaries,
Take each other by the hand and walk through your lives will ease.
Married life is like a merry go round, but just remember this,
Love stays strong when sealed with a kiss.
